It is not the same to get up and leave the house as the soul that the devil carries, to get up early and start the day with tranquility.

That’s why I encourage you to create your morning routine.

I recommend a little yoga, meditation, a good shower and a healthy eating habit of taking a rich breakfast if you are hungry.

2- Healthy diet

It incorporates real food into your diet and is what is composed of those foods that have been practically unprocessed and that, if processed, have not lost their healthy properties or altered their quality.

Reduce or avoid the consumption of ultra-processed foods, are those that have been added sugar, salt, fat, additives, … They provide few nutrients and are very palatable.

You can classify the set of your food in:

  • Healthy: vegetables, legumes, nuts, fish, meat, fruit, whole grains, seeds
  • Mediocre: juices, refined cereals, pasta, pizza, canned fruit
  • Garbage: pastries, fried, soft drinks (highly processed food)

Think of the set of your daily diet and filling your plate with healthy food first.

That is why it is so important that you surround yourself.

Surely you’ve ever experienced it, there are people who are like vampires of energy. The simple fact of being with them leaves you emotionally exhausted.

On the other hand, there are other people that just seeing them is like a chute of energy.

What you need are healthy relationships, surround yourself with people who support you, give you confidence, people you can learn from and who inspire you.

Analyze what kind of relationships you have, which ones are worthwhile and which are a burden.

At first, it may seem like an outlet and that you are doing something. But what usually happens is that you do not solve anything especially because the complaint is usually directed to the wrong person.

Instead of complaining, focus on the solution, what can you do?

To stay active you just have to find the way to move in your day to day, you can start with some simple actions.

Start by doing 10 minutes a day and gradually increase until you reach 30 minutes.
